Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to love our pieces as much as we do, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All items must:
- Be in original condition (unworn and unwashed)
- In original packaging, and tag attached
- Purchased within 30 days
We process returns within 1 week of receiving the package. Once the time is inspected and return approved, you will receive your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for your return amount to appear in your account, contingent on your banking institution.

You may exchange your item for a different color, or size, or if you wish you exchange your item for a different item, any price difference will be charged or returned to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item becomes defective due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days we are more than happy to issue you a replacement of the item.

We gladly offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in the U.S.
We ship through USPS for all domestic orders.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, we try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you may track online. Once your order is shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive.
Can I change or modify my order before it has been shipped?
We understand sometimes things change and we try to accommodate the best we can. If you would like to change/modify your order please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible titling CHANGE MY ORDER, and please be sure to include your order number as well as the products you would like to change in your email. Changes after 24 hours of purchase cannot guarantee accommodation, as we try and fulfill orders as fast as possible. If your order has already left our warehouse, you will then have to return or exchange your item.
Unfortunately, once your package leaves our warehouse we have no control of postal delays, lost, stolen, or damaged items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure your order is submitted with the correct delivery information. However, if you experience any unfortunate circumstances with your delivery, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
