In a promise to provide the best, we chose bamboo; Hypoallergenic, thermoregulating, antifungal, functional, full-of-stretch, and butter-soft. Bamboo is ideal for all skin sensitivities, due to the fabric’s breathability, which allows maximum air circulation and bacteria elimination. Bamboo is also eco-friendly and highly sustainable. Naturally flourishing with minimal water and without the use of pesticides or fertilizers, preventing harsh chemicals from ever touching your babies’ skin.

To maintain the quality and softness of your bamboo fabric, we recommend machine wash cold inside out with like colors. Tumble dry low and cool iron if needed. Bodysuits should be zipped or snapped closed before wash to decrease pilling or damage.
Additional wash tips:
With bamboo fabrics, less is always more, avoid cleaning solutions with bleach or harsh chemicals and lay flat to dry for optimal longevity.

Our garments are delivered to your door pre-washed and packaged. However, we recommend washing before wear to avoid any unforeseen skin irritation. Particularly for newborns, as their skin is very delicate and sensitive.

We strive to make our products true to size, however for detailed measurements please refer to our size guide. You can also find a sizing chart on each product page. If your child is in between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Our sleepwear is designed to fit snug according to Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) federal safety regulations since our products are not treated with flame retardants or harsh chemicals.

We do not add any harmful chemicals or flame retardants to our fabrics. To ensure safety for our products, we ensure all that all of our products are compliant with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

There could be small variations from item to item due to the stretch in the fabric. Each piece is made by hand, which can cause small fluctuations in the delicate fabric. However, we strive to keep our sizing as consistent as possible. There may be slight variations in color and print placement as well between the different styles.

If you receive a damaged item or your item becomes defective due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days, we are more than happy to issue you a replacement of the item. Please send an email with the picture of the product along with your order number to support@promisebaby.com.

Once your order is placed, we try and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, within 1-3 business days. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you may track online. Once your order is shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for the package to arrive to you.
Unfortunately, once your package leaves our warehouse we have no control of postal delays, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please make sure your order is submitted with the correct delivery information. However, if you experience any unfortunate circumstances with your delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We understand sometimes things change and we try to accommodate the best we can. If you would like to change/modify your order please send an email to support@promisebaby.com as soon as possible titling CHANGE MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your order number as well as the products you would like to change in your email. Changes after 24 hours of purchase cannot guarantee accommodation, as we try and fulfill orders as fast as possible. If your order has already left our warehouse, you will have to return or exchange your item.

We want you to love our pieces as much as we do, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. 

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

You may exchange your item for a different color, or size, or if you wish you exchange your item for a different item, any price difference will be charged or returned to your original payment method. 

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in original condition (unworn and unwashed), in original packaging, tag attached, and purchased within 30 days.

We process returns within 1 week of receiving the package. Once the time is inspected and the return approved, you will receive your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for your return amount to appear in your account, contingent on your banking institution.
